New, unused item. I believe these are slippers, like indoor shoes, that adults can wear at school or for lessons. I think they can be used for school visits, school events, and when taking children to and from lessons. The heels have rubber in them, so they're flexible, but they're about 24cm. They also come with a carrying bag.
