Handmade Flamenco Costume - Black, All-Lace, 2-Piece, 2-Tier Ruffle Made of black lace. The costume appears somewhat see-through in the photos due to lighting, but it's not actually this transparent. I wore a beige inner layer. It might have been made a bit large, or maybe I lost weight?? I only wore it once, to dance Soleá. It's handmade, but I made it at the dressmaking class I attend. I worked with the teacher from creating the pattern to the actual sewing. The ruffles are in two tiers, each about 27-28 cm. Some photos show the costume with a white petticoat underneath to better display the ruffles and pattern, but please note that the petticoat is not included. Size: Top: Bust: 44 cm (flat measurement, no padding) Waist: 39 cm Length: 58 cm Falda (Skirt): Waist: 35 cm Length: 94 cm The skirt doesn't flare out much up to 48 cm from the waist, where the circumference becomes 1 meter. It's not quite a mermaid style, so please be aware that it's not suitable for choreography where you hold the falda with both hands. (Please allow for slight variations.)
