I handcrafted a tote bag by patching together the embroidered and plain sections of an ivory Nagoya obi. It's a very lightweight bag in soft colors. The ivory background with orange flower and silver small flower embroidery is very pretty, resulting in a bag with a pure and sophisticated adult atmosphere. A firm interfacing is used for the outer fabric. The lining is made of mocha brown cotton fabric.
