This is a Bikkuriman Seal, Ice Edition, Head - Ma-sho Nero, from the 8th series. It has been stored in a dedicated file. There are no noticeable stains or folds. The left edge is slightly scuffed, but it's barely noticeable in the photos. The back side has some discoloration. Please refer to the photos for the condition.
