I purchased this from Belluna a few years ago. It's made of polyester, so the surface feels smooth with a slightly textured fabric. It has a full lining, so it's not see-through. When I wear it (I'm 160cm tall), the length is about 7/10ths. I don't see any stains, but there are a few snags. They are all short, so I don't think they're very noticeable.
