This item was purchased about 30 years ago. It allows you to build one Nissha Standard-type electric car that was used by Niigata Kotsu, Matsumoto Electric Railway, Gakunan Railway, etc. Pantographs, bogies, and underfloor equipment need to be arranged separately. The inner bag is unopened. I believe there are no missing parts. There is aging, such as oxidation on the brass surface. Number decals are included, but I cannot guarantee that they are still usable.
