This is a donut cushion designed for postpartum recovery and those with issues related to the buttocks. I used it for one month after giving birth and have since stored it away. As shown in the third photo, there is a slight indentation that is difficult to see. If you sit with that side down, you can sit without any noticeable difference in comfort.
