This item has a white base with a dot pattern. I used to put it on over diapers when my child wore a dress for outings. The frills are very cute. Some parts of the dot pattern have slightly discolored, possibly due to the nature of the material (see photo 4). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. *Although it was not worn very often, please understand that this is a used item worn by a child before purchasing.
