This is a cel of Char. It is painted with watercolors. There is some paper sticking. Although it looks warped due to reflection, there is no smell or rippling from hydrolysis. Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous, as this is an old cel and has been stored at home. Please comment if you have any questions.
