I purchased this at Maihama Amphitheater and have kept it stored without ever taking it out of its bag. It is new and unused, but please note that there are marks on the surface of the bag, likely from the chain of the charm. You can create your own original bag charm by attaching the separately sold "Costume Charm," but this item on its own is elegant and allows you to subtly show your love for Beauty and the Beast.
