A ceramic tea set featuring a vibrant floral pattern and gold trim. Thank you for viewing. I purchased this at my favorite antique shop over 20 years ago and have kept it stored in a china cabinet. According to the shop owner, it was a "return home" item found at an antique market in the United States. I loved it when I bought it, but it's just been sitting in the china cabinet as decoration, so I hope someone who appreciates it will use it. It's thin and lightweight, but well-made, and there are no chips, so I think it can still be used. However, there is some gold trim flaking on a part of the knob of the teapot lid and the bottom of the handle of the teacup. (This was present when I purchased it.) As it is an antique, there are minor scratches, cutlery marks, and flaking of the gold trim and patterns, including those from the manufacturing process, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. (See photos) ◯ This is a used, vintage item. ◯ There are fine scratches due to the manufacturing process, aging, use, and storage, but I believe there are no major scratches that would hinder its use. There is no box, so I will wrap it in bubble wrap and pack it in a recycled cardboard box for shipping. Please consider purchasing this item with the understanding that it is a used item that has been in someone else's possession.
