I purchased the authentic product around the year 2000. The opened items have been tested and confirmed to work. I think it's in relatively good condition considering its age. Sing Along CDs 2 and 3 are not included (I'm currently looking for them). How about focusing on the DVDs? The books show signs of aging, such as stains (see photos 5 and 6). The DVDs have scratches, but they play without any problems. There are no noticeable folds or tears. Stickers are included. Cancellations, returns, and claims are not accepted after purchase.
