Price is negotiable. The top of the helmet is printed with "Cannondale Pro Cycling Team Tour de France Limited Edition" (see photo 2). This wasn't mentioned at all when I bought it new, and I only noticed it after purchasing. However, the included Cannondale stickers suggest it's a limited edition model. The color is listed as yellow line, but it actually looks more green, and fluorescent light green is the closest match. I was amazed at how light it is. It's a pro model, after all.
