This is my handmade ceramic work. It was wheel-thrown using Shigaraki clay. I applied soba glaze and fired it at 1260 degrees Celsius. It's 40cm in diameter, 10cm high, and weighs 3.6kg. If you place a towel or something similar underneath when making soba noodles, the weight will provide a good feel, allowing you to knead the noodles firmly. It's a one-of-a-kind piece.
