AV cable (3-color cable), power cable (same as Famicom is fine), and software are sold separately. Normally, the PC Engine connects via an antenna RF switch cable, which won't work with current digital TVs, but this one connects via the composite (yellow, red, white 3-color cable) on the back of the console. I've also tested the operation. Since it's old, you need to press the start button on the controller a little harder.
