SILENT WORTH Silent Worth Polka Dot Flare Skirt This is a flare skirt from Silent Worth. It has a black and white polka dot pattern, and there's also a plant-like design at the hem of the skirt. There's a black ribbon on the front (see image 4), which adds to its cuteness. The lining is made of a smooth, comfortable material that prevents the see-through of innerwear. The size is unknown because the tag's color faded after several washes.
