This is a Zwilling Carerra/Carrera Plus white ceramic-coated frying pan, a well-known cookware and tableware manufacturer with a long history, including knives and other bladed tools. Made in Italy, I believe it has a stylish and high-quality construction. The Carrera Plus series is based on a special Ultra Ceraforce coating, making it resistant to scratches. The 5.5 cm thick aluminum and stainless steel base evenly distributes heat, quickly transferring it to the food. While discoloration due to heating is unavoidable with the white ceramic coating, I used it at low temperatures, so it's not excessive discoloration. In my subjective opinion, it's a natural burn. The manufacturer also recommends using low to medium heat, not high heat. Compatible with IH (induction heating) and all heat sources including gas. Made in Italy.
