Connect the MIDI device to USB. No accessories are included. Officially, it supports up to Windows 8. There is a community-made driver for Windows 10, and it works on Windows 11, but it requires disabling driver signature enforcement, which is troublesome (I think memory integrity also needs to be turned OFF). If you turn ADVANCED DRIVER OFF on the device itself, it will function as a general-purpose MIDI-USB converter and the standard driver will be automatically set, but that might defeat the purpose of this product.
