This is a Hagi-yaki tea bowl by Masao Yoshika (吉賀將夫) from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Masao Yoshika is the son of Taibi Yoshika, considered a restorer of Hagi-yaki. He studied ceramics at Yamaguchi University while also creating his own works.
