This is the RAKUNA shoulder blade release pillow. I saw an ad on social media about half a year ago and bought it, using it about once a week. In my personal opinion, it feels good, but I didn't really feel the effects, so I'm selling it. I'm sure it would be effective for those who can use it consistently every day. Only the main unit is included. I plan to wipe it down before shipping and wrap it in cushioning material before sending it in a cardboard box.
