This is a baby hoodie from Polo Ralph Lauren. It's a reversible design, navy on one side and navy and white stripes on the other, with a small pocket on the striped side. It can be worn by boys or girls. It's a bit thick because it's double-layered. Although the material tag, size tag, and brand tag are all missing, it came in a Polo Ralph Lauren box when I received it as a gift, so I believe it is definitely the brand.
