This item has been professionally cleaned, so I believe you can wear it comfortably. I've marked it as having some scratches or stains because the parts that attach to the Velcro on the cuffs are missing. However, there are no noticeable stains. I personally think it's fine to wear as is. I'm selling it at a reduced price because the parts that attached to the Velcro on the cuffs are missing.
