I purchased this before, and my daughter played with it often, so I think the condition is not good. The bed and table are assembled, but the bed legs are loose and come off easily. The table legs have cracks. There are also some marks left from removing stickers on the table. The toilet, bath, and sofa are yellowed or have peeling stickers. The entrance chime doesn't work. The kitchen is wobbly and unstable.
