Pognae baby carrier. Comes with a hip seat. You can also remove the waist belt of the baby carrier and attach the hip seat for use. It was very convenient as it could be used in 3 patterns: a regular baby carrier, a hip seat baby carrier, and the hip seat alone. The waist belt is secured with Velcro + a belt. There are stains on the inside and top of the baby carrier, and on the hip seat.
