Pure silk Length approx. 12m Fabric width approx. 38cm This is a komon (small pattern) bolt of fabric made by Otsuka. It features a red chirimen (crepe) fabric with adorable rabbits dyed within cherry blossoms and snow rings. The charming colors and pattern make it recommended for Shichi-Go-San (7-5-3) kimonos or Thirteen Pilgrimage kimonos. It has the same length of fabric as an adult kimono, so you can of course tailor it into an adult kimono. Alternatively, for a 3-year-old's Shichi-Go-San kimono, it can be used to create a matching set of hitoe (unlined kimono) and kimono. I have accumulated too many bolts of fabric for children's wear, so I am offering this to someone who can make good use of it. It has not been used, but it has been stored in a private home. Please understand that this is a used item, different from brand new.
