SLIK Professional Tripod Head High-Precision 3-Way Head SH-908 This is a SLIK Professional tripod head (metal) made by Kenko Tokina. There is no deterioration (whitening) of the plastic or resin parts. This is a high-durability tripod head with a maximum load capacity of 10kg, designed for professional use. The camera platform size is 72mm x 70mm, and it is a high-grade tripod head with a cork sheet. This is a high-precision 3-way tripod head that was originally included with the professional Ⅱ LE (a heavy-duty tripod with a weight of around 5kg and a load capacity of 10kg, capable of supporting a single-lens reflex camera with a super-telephoto lens attached). As shown in the photos, there are no noticeable scratches except on the underside of the tripod mounting base (contact surface), so I have classified it as having no noticeable scratches or stains. I didn't know the model number of this tripod head, so I asked Kenko Tokina's service department. They told me that it is a model that predates the current SH-908, and it was sold under the name "Professional 3-way tripod head" without a model number. Later, with the expansion of the lineup, they made minor changes such as changing the material of the handle knobs and continued to sell it as the SH-908, which continues to this day. The basic structure and specifications are almost the same as the current SH-908, and the mass (weight) is also about 1,400g (1.4kg), which is almost the same.
