Please understand that this item has been stored at home unused, and purchase accordingly. There is some soiling on the back cover. There are scratches on the side (black surface). There is a crease on the first page. Photo 12: Small stain on the bottom of the page. There is some sun damage. Photo 13: Soiling and sun damage on the side of the page. The bottom ring of the black rings has come off? I believe the black part can be removed from the top, and when I moved it, it became like in Photo 11. Please check the condition in the photos.
