This is a Bottega Veneta clutch bag. I purchased it about 35 years ago at a department store in Tokyo. There are small scratches, dirt on the corners of the bottom, and deterioration of the metal plating on the clasp, but the exterior is clean. Unfortunately, the lining has deteriorated due to aging. I think it would be best to remove it or otherwise modify it for use. The fabric-lined inner pocket is clean. I tried removing the deteriorated lining (last photo).
