It is a commemorative sticker distributed in a "Ōiri Bukuro" (a bag of good luck given to successful performances) during the 25th anniversary. The sticker itself is unopened. There is no major damage, but it has the feel of an old good. The outer bag, the "Ōiri Bukuro," in particular has some dirt. It has been stored cleanly, but please understand that it is an old good.
