Used a few times, in good condition. I think I used it as a hospital pajama for wisdom tooth extraction, so I've only worn it once or twice. It's very clean. The neckline is also clean. It's a front-opening design, so it can be used as a nursing pajama, or as a hospital pajama for childbirth. No pants.
