These are maternity leggings, purchased a few years ago, with a length of 10 minutes (likely referring to 7/8 length). The Inujirushi Honpo ones are fleece-lined and warm. The Nishimatsuya ones are ribbed. They might be a little cold in the dead of winter. I wore them many times during my pregnancy, so there is some pilling. Please understand this before purchasing.
