This is a mechanical pencil from Kobo Setsugi, made with a karin burl wood body and a brass pipe. It's a rare brass pipe model, and the wood grain is excellent as it was purchased at an event. The box has Nagata-san's website on it. I've used it for about 3 months, but the actual usage time is only a few hours as I use various pens. I've done oil maintenance once. The photos were taken with an iPhone, so they are a bit dark, but the actual color is a slightly brighter, brownish tone.
