This is an INGNI blouse. I've kept it in storage without ever having a chance to wear it. I hope someone will wear it. The length is short, so I think it's easy to tuck in. The neckline and cuffs are shirred with elastic. There are two buttons in the back. I tried it with a tulle skirt and a taffeta skirt, and it looked very cute.
