This is a Yamaha soprano saxophone, model YSS-475. I purchased it from a local music store about 6 years ago. Since I later bought a higher-grade Yamaha soprano saxophone, I only used this one a dozen or so times over a few months, so it's practically new. The YSS-475 isn't a high-grade instrument, but being a Yamaha instrument from a top manufacturer, it's in no way inferior to higher-grade instruments. It's a very cost-effective instrument. I checked it before listing it, and it produced a stable, full sound down to the lowest notes without any wolf tones.
