There are some minor stains (see photos 9 and later). I'm not sure if size 3 is equivalent to L. Measurements (approximate): Waist: 84 cm Hips: 100 cm Thigh width: 30 cm Leg opening: 24 cm Inseam: 74.5 cm (They are meant to be worn low-waisted, so the number might seem short) Thank you.
