I threw away the box when it arrived, but the included grip tape is still unused and unwrapped. With inexpensive plastic or EVA versions, your core can become unstable. While you might be able to do normal push-ups, you risk serious injury if you try to increase the level and incorporate decline push-ups. However, the length of the grip, the non-slip bottom, and the overall stability of these bars are exceptional, so you can confidently use them for handstands and dips, where you put your entire weight on them.
