■ Product Overview This is a Plarail "Turntable." It is a very rare diorama part from the Showa era. It is believed to be a product of Tomy from the Showa era. Made in Japan, with the words "Made in Japan" on it. It also includes the easily-lost current collector! (The current collector is shaped like a red single-wire overhead line pole, but it is a separate item from the overhead line pole.) This turntable is the length of one straight rail and can accommodate steam locomotives with a tender (with some exceptions). Photos 10 and later show actual SLs placed on the turntable. These locomotives are not included in the product, but I have placed various types on it for easy understanding. Tender locomotives are still being produced today, so the "turntable" can be a great diorama part even in the Reiwa era. A must-have item for SL Plarail enthusiasts. ■ Condition As it is a very old item, there are damages such as scratches in various places. There are no broken parts. The condition is good for its age. Please check the photos. I have confirmed that the GO↔STOP lever and the rotation lever are working properly. The parts have been disassembled and cleaned individually.
