Purchased at Kahiko (a hula shop). I bought it because I thought it was cute, but I've never worn it. A chic, floral-print, lightweight flared skirt. The elastic waist is convenient, and the color is a calm beige base. It's thin and light, and the crisp texture of the material is perfect for summer. There's no product tag, so I'm not sure, but I don't think the material is cotton. I have too many of these types of items, so I'm selling it to organize my belongings. No price reduction.
