We may not be able to fulfill orders due to inventory or other circumstances. If an accident occurs during production (cracking during drying, insect damage inside the log, corrosion, etc.), we may have to cancel your order. ・ Regarding thickness, please allow for an error of approximately ±0.1 cm from the specified size. Diameter will be measured at the thickest part. Please allow for an error of approximately ±8% from the specified size. ・ We kindly request that custom orders be for ¥1399 or more. ・ The unit price for orders of only one size is as shown in the price list (image). Please inquire about sizes not listed. ・ For mixed orders of 2 sizes where the total amount is less than ¥1399 x 2, we will charge an additional 30% of the total amount. Please inquire about mixed orders of 3 or more sizes. ・ Shipping is free (at our expense) for thicknesses of 3 cm or less. For thicknesses exceeding 3 cm, we ask that you cover the shipping costs. ◆ We also offer "lettering processing." ◆
