As you can see in the fourth photo, the rubber that holds the extra strap has stretched out quite a bit and no longer holds the strap in place, so the strap comes loose. I've been using clips or hair ties to keep it together. For about the first three months, I thought it wasn't tall enough, so I used the infant insert that came with another Ergobaby.
