I made a shift knob out of a 160ml can. A round bar made of cast aluminum was machined to the inner diameter of the can using a lathe, and then glued with instant adhesive and silicone. The threads are also perfectly centered, and the strength is quite high. A stainless steel nut for positioning is also included and will be sold with the shift knob. This is a handmade item made by an amateur. I do not recommend this to those seeking the quality of commercially available products.
