All pieces are present. I wiped each piece roughly, but since three children played with them, there are some stains that won't come off, scratches, and some dust. The dedicated case also has some wear and tear, so please purchase only if you understand this. The blocks with windows have doors that tend to come off easily. As a bonus, I will include three extra green pieces. I will pack these in the dedicated case for shipping. Please note that I will not be using a cardboard box.
