I bought this around the time it was released. I played it quite a bit, so there is some discoloration and small scratches from aging. I applied a screen protector when I bought it. I put stickers on the charger. The software works without any problems (I only had DS software, so I couldn't test it on a 3DS). As you can see in the photos, it can be charged. It's been a long time since I last used it. I never had any problems with it back then, but since it's an old product, there's a chance that problems may occur soon after purchase. Please note that I cannot accept returns.
