The cracks seen here and there are due to the firing process. You can beautifully arrange cucumbers, eggplants, bettarazuke (sweet pickled daikon radish), etc., in a row to fit the shape. Green asparagus looks beautiful too ✨ Grilled corn can also be served individually. It's also nice that it won't roll around when you carry it.
