This is a short-sleeved blouse I purchased at a Perle Peche store several years ago. The color is navy, and the sleeves have two-tiered ruffles with ribbon ties on the upper tier. Measurements (approximate, laid flat): Width: about 50cm Length: about 53cm This is one of my favorite blouses, but it's become a little tight, and I didn't wear it at all last year, so I'm offering it for sale. There are no noticeable stains or tears, but there is some minor pilling from use (see photo 8).
