A super rare Japanese original LP of The Zombies' masterpiece "Odyssey and Oracle," featuring their signature song "Time of the Season." This album, now considered a classic, didn't sell at all upon its initial release, leading to the group's breakup. However, after the hit "Time of the Season," there's a true story, almost unbelievable, of fake Zombies touring in America. Recorded in 1967 at Abbey Road Studios, the album features Geoff Emerick, who also worked with The Beatles, as the engineer. The Japanese original was released by CBS Sony in 1969 with a list price of 1800 yen.
