This is a colored porcelain small plate purchased about 20 years ago from an antique shop in the backstreets of Ginza. The most striking feature is the window design. A lightning-like, folded window. Horizontal frames are placed across the window. Inside the horizontal frames, on the upper side, are river fish facing right. On the lower side, the fish are facing left. This naturally creates a clockwise flow. Everything is drawn with great care. The kingfisher holding a fish, and the fish swimming smoothly in the river. With a piece of this level, there's not much more to say. One has been repaired with kintsugi. Other than that, there are kiln marks, but no major noticeable damage. Please check the condition carefully in the images.
