It's a pale pink fabric. The sleeves can be folded up and worn. The pockets on the jacket are decorative. I wore this nine years ago when attending a ceremony, and after home cleaning, I stored it carefully. I haven't had a chance to wear it since then, and it has been stored in a dark place with a cover. Please understand that measurements are approximate due to amateur measuring.
