It's a new, unused item, and the wrapping on the rod's grip is still intact. There are no indications of suitable lure weight or line, but it seems to be an ultralight class, so I think it will be useful for both bass and trout fishing in managed areas. Please understand that its performance and functionality are not comparable to modern rods. It's an old tackle, but it has an outstanding atmosphere.
