Also, there are some snags and tears in the delicate, sparkly top organza layer. The second layer of delicate material and the bottom blue fabric do not appear to have any stains or tears. It's a shame, and perhaps the fuzzing and staining could be removed with cleaning or hand washing, but this item is being sold as-is.
